• You as a student agree to pay the service fees for any enrolment requested, in connection with your account. MENDTROU CONSULTANTS will collect the service fees pursuant to the Payments Terms and agrees that no refund will be permitted in respect of services already provided and in accordance with the cancellation policy.
• You acknowledge that MENDTROU CONSULTANTS has no obligation to monitor your access to or use of the site, application, services or content or to review or edit any content, but has the right to do so for the purpose of operating and improving the site, application and services (including without limitation for fraud prevention, risk assessment, investigation and customer support purposes), to ensure your compliance with these Terms, to comply with applicable law or the order or requirement of a court, administrative agency or other governmental body, to respond to content that it determines is otherwise objectionable or as set forth in these Terms.
