Institute Entrance Exam IIIT Hyd UGEE
IIITH UGEE is an Undergraduate Entrance Examination conducted by IIIT Hyderabad for admission to BTech and MS dual degree programs at IIIT Hyderabad. Applicants who applied for admission through UGEE mode of admission has to appear for the exam and are shortlisted for interviews based on the exam performance. The qualified applicants (found suitable in the interviews) are ranked based on their interview performance as judged by the interview panel.
The process to fill out the IIIT Hyderabad Application form is mentioned below:
Visit the Official Website:
- Visit the official website
- Go to Undergraduate under admissions page
- Select the mode of admission, whether UGEE, KVPY, JEE Main, LEEE, Olympiad, SPEC, Board score
- Read the eligibility criteria instructions carefully and click on ‘Application Link’
Fill Registration form:
- Fill the required basic details like Name, mobile number, email ID etc for registration
- After successful registration, login credentials will be mailed to the entered email ID
Fill Application Form:
- A login window will appear on the screen.
- In the next step, candidates have to log in with the User name, password and enter security code and then click on login button.
- Application will be displayed on the screen
- The details to be entered shall vary depending upon the mode of admission
- UGEE, SPEC, Olympiad, KVPY, LEEE Mode Candidates have to provide all the personal and academic details. They also have to upload scanned copies of certain documents including class 10 and 12 marks, KVPY certificates along with the passport sized photograph of the candidate.
- JEE Main Mode Candidates have to provide the basic academic details including JEE Main roll number and the NTA score and percentile obtained in the exam.
- DASA UG Admission Mode Candidates have to upload proof of having studied class 11 and 12 (or equivalent examination) outside India or the proof of holding a foreign passport.
- Candidates have to fill personal, academic, communication details and aim and interest of the candidate (in case of UGEE)
- After filling the details, click on ‘save and next’ button
Upload Scanned Documents:
- Once the personal details are added, the documents must be scanned and uploaded as per the prescribed format
- Scan candidate photograph, signature, other documents (If applicable)
- Go through the upload image option
- Select the required images
- Upload the selected images one by one very carefully
Fee Payment:
- The application fee is paid through the online mode using net banking, debit/credit card, any other payment mode
- The amount of application fee payable varies according to the mode of application
Submit Application Form:
- After successful confirmation of fee payment, click on the ‘submit’ button.
- Verify the filled details and click on Ok button
Take a printout of Application:
- After the final submission, candidates will be able to take print out of the application
- Click on the “print Final Application’ and take printout of it
- Candidates are suggested to take extra printouts for further use.
